Sacred Breath
Sacred Breath is a monthly two-hour breathwork workshop designed to support deep personal exploration and healing.
Breathwork is an ancient and powerful practice that harnesses the body’s natural intelligence to release stagnant energy and emotion, regulate the nervous system, expand consciousness, and connect with hidden or forgotten aspects of the self. Beyond its emotional and psychological impact, breathwork also initiates biological shifts that offer a range of physical health benefits—both immediate and long-term. It invites us to gently (or sometimes vigorously) let go of what no longer serves us, and move closer to accepting the fullness of who we are. In each session, we listen to the body and allow it to guide the pace and depth of our breath.
A Sacred Breath session begins with grounding meditation and gentle stretching to prepare the body. We then move into a guided breathwork journey, typically lasting around an hour, supported by a curated musical set and my guidance throughout. The session concludes with a sharing circle and grounding integration practice.
The breathwork technique is a circular breath —a continuous breathing pattern without pauses between the inhale and exhale. I’ll explain the method clearly and offer individual support during the session to ensure you feel comfortable and aligned with the process.
My intention is to hold a space that feels safe, grounded, and nurturing—where you can fully surrender to your inner experience and be supported in whatever arises.
