Sister Circle

a women’s group to empower women and create sisterhood

There are so many things in this world that silence the voice and the heart. It is a victory simply to share them.”

I have always been deeply moved by the simple yet powerful act of women coming together to share our hearts. This Sister Circle is a space created to honour and nurture that power—celebrating and learning from each other in all our beautiful differences and common ground, in true community.

In an age marked by disconnection, I feel a deep longing for spaces that foster genuine connection. This longing inspired me to create this group. As a woman, I carry the emotional and psychological imprints of living within a patriarchal system—one that has, for generations, suppressed our voices, taught us to shrink ourselves, and severed us from the wisdom of our bodies and our innate relationship with the Earth. I believe that by consciously gathering in circle, we begin to heal these collective wounds. In such spaces, we unlock our feminine wisdom, reclaim our authenticity, and offer each other the sacred gift of presence and acceptance.

There are cultural narratives designed to keep women separate—often prompting competition over collaboration. I see these stories as subtle acknowledgments of the power we hold when we gather. This circle is a direct response to those narratives, reclaiming the strength and connection that naturally arises when women come together with intention.

I also feel a strong calling to acknowledge and repair wounds specific to the Celtic lands many of us call home. Only a few hundred years ago, thousands of women—healers, midwives, and medicine women—were persecuted and executed as witches. The resulting atmosphere of fear and betrayal disrupted bonds between women, often forcing them to turn against one another. For those of us with Celtic ancestry, this history is carried in our blood and continues to influence how we relate to each other and to the land.

This circle offers a small but meaningful way to honour those women. By acknowledging the historical wounds that live within and between us, and choosing instead to nurture sisterhood and our bond with the Earth, we can begin to mend what was broken.

The group will be intentionally small—up to 10 women—to foster intimacy and a sense of safety. Pre-booking is encouraged. We will agree to uphold confidentiality and follow clear guidelines that support kindness, respect, and emotional safety. The circle will be held ceremonially, with elements of ritual to honour the sacredness of this work.

Our gatherings will include group sharing, meditation and embodiment practices, womb activation, and paired exercises. The structure is intended to support deep connection, healing, and transformation. As a living process, the group will evolve over time in response to the collective needs and energy of its members.

This Sister Circle is not just a group—it is a commitment to healing, to remembering, and to reclaiming the power and wisdom that arise when women gather in truth and love
